    Problem with fish oil is many are highly refined and have way too much omega 3 DHA and EPA compared to other compounds in the fish that work with it. ALSO many fish oils are unstable in supplement form becoming rancid and introducing high oxidative stress to the body which would be bad for you instead of good for you. Remember BALANCE if you get high DHA and EPA you must ALSO be getting ALA and other EFAs as well.

    I disagree about ALA, it is unnecesary EFA if you are taking EPA and DHA, and ALA can produce some kinds of cancer in high amounts. Not all EFA are recommended. For example Omega 6 is a very bad kind of EFA.

    I’ve been hearing recently that soy will increase estrogen levels in men… which is very dangerous.
    That’s because soy is a phyto-estrogen.

    Soy is good for you but 90% are GMO’s.

    According to ORAC Goji berries contain 10 times more anti- oxidants than blueberries per gram.

    Probiotic strain Lactobacillus Acidophilus modulates intestinal pain and induces opioid and Cannabinoid receptors.

    Fish Oils contain mercury Hemp Seed Oil does not.

    This video comes from doctors. So they don’t really kno the power of raw foods as we do. Goji Berries are awesome.

    Please link me to that study. Your body body keeps itself in a strict state of balance and almost every part of the body has its own particular pH range. Just eat a well balanced diet and your body will take care of itself.

    Don’t be fooled. Soy causes TONS of mucous in the body – the slimey kind! It’s not the ‘miracle’ and guilt-free food we can just consume and all will be well. They tell you that Japanese live so long because of it but they consume EDAMAME PODS and NOT this processed crap that we consume…Soy Milk, Tofu, etc. are all indigestible.

    Consume super foods people.

    Soy; I don’t touch it because it probably tastes crap raw and I never see them sell it raw. Never mind the crap out there telling to eat it or not.

    Fruits and veg; Why are people still washing them? What are you afraid of? Could it be the crap they are spraying them with? If so why are you allowing that to happen?
    Yogurt; don’t take the piss now with that old “pro biotic”.
    Fish oils and heart disease; Heh. Yeah right. LIke anyone is supposed to believe that? Or any of this video?

    what the hell does mr fatty have to offer on food advice…look at the state of him!! these fecks research, publish books on foods and then before everyone starts buying them they invest in the importers of these foods and supplements and some even produce and advertise their own brand…charlatans
