Contrary to what she says, I think the intense yoga is to replenish her from the smoothie.

    How about eating actual food??

  16. Manyshapes Says:

Wow, you must have had $300 worth of ingredients, all prepackaged. Who has time to manage that type of inventory. I like stuff that takes 3-4 ingredients so I can have it and dash out the door.

  17. semiotically Says:

very interested in keeping my smoothies flowing easily, with regards to the oils separating from the water layer… is heat the only method, or can is there technique to type of foods you add first? I have only a only 700W blender and it’s not getting the vortex going with thick mixtures is this another symptom or do I need to upgrade to a more powerful version?

Crud, you were in Vegas…so was I that week. Wish I had known. Was there celebrating our 27th wedding annv. A visit with you guys sure would have kept me more responsible with my menu!!!

  20. susheela108 Says:

It would be nice to have the actual ingredients listed, hard to understand what some of the items are. A modified verion also, many of us could not afford all the ingredients. Simple and easy, yet balanced with what is needed daily.

  21. modenajon Says:

That was the most rediculous smoothie ever created. A classic case of tryinng to squeeze every supplement on isle 4 of your vitamin shop into the blender. Want an after workout shake? Fruit, blue/green algae, Sun Warrior Protein, macca, MSM, coconut water…DONE.

  22. FarkyLarky Says:

some really good ideas in this video, except you should not be using your vitamix to blend hot liquid. Heat causes the toxins in the plastic to leech into your smoothie.

  23. tanpm0620 Says:

they don’t call this smoothie “vegas-style” for nothing!
the ingredients are a plenty, but chinese herbs are more energetically based and therefore are immediately absorbed by your energetic body :) . the superfoods are dense yet still easily digested. I put a lot of superfoods and herbs in my smoothies and I NEVER had any problems with bloating, etc.

  24. Ctupper1990 Says:

    I think I love you!

  25. KiernanJen Says:

    1 drop full of stevia
    1 tbsp local raw honey
