I have taken an interest in the Acai berry and colon cleanse diet. I recieved both bottles and they both say take two capsules a day but not whether I should take them together, or through out the day. The only really thing I know for certain is not at night! Now I work out 3 to 4 times a week and hoping this will help on my pursuit to a healthy life. Does anyone with some back ground in this have any ideas?

I browsed a healthfood store last week and one of the things on the shelf was a "superfood". I didn’t ask a worker (they were pretty packed and I had no intention of buying–was just browsing). Does anyone know what this is and what its benefits are? (Hearing superfood sort of equates that with some anti-kryptonite ingredient in my mind, so a little reality injected here would be greatly appreciated.)
