Which acai berry is best for losing weight and doesn’t make you use the bathroom alot?
I have to have as much fiber as a horse but I can eat but so much fiber because it does make it hard to deal with when I sleep. Bloating is very uncomfortable and embarrassing. My children think that I am pregnant again. This is my 4 year old and 2 year old laughing at me. My daughter will be 1 on the 19th and I am not ready to have anymore children anytime soon. As a matter of act, I have to lose 30 more pounds for health reasons. I need help! Please help me!

I have many health conditions but mostly is being overweight. I have to lose 30 pounds but I want to lose it the healthy way and make sure that I am getting all of my vitamins and minerals…I take whole food vitamins but I am looking specialty vitamins that contains soy superfoods. I can’t digest many soy products because of gastroenteritis; but supplements would be a huge benefit. Please help me! Please!

I want to try the acai berry drink/ supplement for health and weight loss, but I don’t know where to start and who to trust. Anyone know who sells authentic acai? Also, is it sold in any stores at all?? I prefer to buy in the store of I can.
My question is regarding the Odwalla and Naked juices.
From what I can tell from the nutritional label, they are often quite well balanced in terms of nutritions, other than the fact that the sugar content is a little high, but I would expect that from fruit juice anyway.
I really like the convenience that those juices provide because I do not like to sit down and spend 20 minutes to eat a crappy microwave meal (for a home-made dinner with family, I think it’s worth it but not for a microwave meal) so I prefer to just drink a bottle of that.
But in terms of weight loss, which is more beneficial?
I figure that if you eat solid food with good fiber content, it’ll keep you full for longer. Whereas, juices will just give you all the energy quickly and make you go hungry soon after. At least that’s what I feel when I drink those.
In the long run, which will keep you full for longer? and does that have any correlation with how fast you expend the calorie?

I’m talking about lentils. What are the overall benefits of eating lentils (including the vitamins received, etc.)..? Also, are they still as nutritious if they are boiled?
