Is a little MSG bad? I hate wasting 4.99 for that salad. It does have 36grams of fat (3g saturated), but I don’t want to eat that MSG along with a bazillion other toxic chemicals. Maybe I’ll chug down a green superfood smoothie with it. What’cha think?
I had a acai berry smoothie at Caribou coffee and it was soo good but we don;t have a Caribou coffee near here so I want to make my own. Any ideas how?

This is very likely as good as it gets. One could substitute the spring water for coconut water, but its all good. All ingredients are listed in the video. Im a big fan of the p90x workout program, and this drink is exceptional right afterwards. I credit my quick recovery and increased strength to both of these factors. Add in the wild greens when the season allows, otherwise aim for spinach or something neutral. Kale or similar items will throw the flavor. Maybe it works for you, but Im aiming for the wild greens for sure.
